1425 W Hamilton was originally built by John Taylor, one of the largest dry good distributors in the northeast United States, in 1908. The home was designed by Ruhe & Lang was considered one of the crown jewels of the city’s “Millionaire’s Row”. The property was purchased and stabilized by Jaindl Properties in 2014.
