1425 West Hamilton was originally built by John Taylor, one of the largest dry good distributors in the northeast United States, in 1908. The home was designed by Ruhe & Lang was considered one of the crown jewels of the city’s “Millionaire’s Row”. The property was purchased and stabilized by Jaindl Properties in 2014.
1425 West Hamilton is equipped with many of the classic elements of the French Empire Revival.
