Mark W. Jaindl and his son, Zachary, founded Jaindl Properties in 2011 with one simple mission: to utilize their collective experience in real estate acquisition, development and management to preserve the Lehigh Valley’s historical buildings and sites.
Fred J. Jaindl, Mark’s father and original founder of many of the existing Jaindl Companies, always taught the best way to brand oneself and their product was with sheer quality achieved through devotion to one’s work. Through hard work and dedication he was able to grow a handful or turkeys in the backyard of a family-owned pub into a successful empire spanning from turkey farming to commercial banking.
Today Mark and Zachary carry on the same practices in every facet of their business. With thorough financial planning and analysis, utilization of a self-established set of guidelines to evaluate subcontractors, and systematic in-house recruiting Jaindl Properties is able to maximize the quality and efficiency of both historical renovation projects and new construction jobs. In order to best demonstrate these concepts, company executives have designated a small handful of their developments and redevelopment jobs as “Signature Projects”: buildings that best highlight their mission, principles, and dedication to providing our clients and tenants with nothing short of the very best.
