Mark W. Jaindl
Mark Jaindl was named “Entrepreneur of the Year” by Ernst & Young in 2003. In addition to his position Jaindl Properties, Mark is the principal shareholder in a number of real estate entities with residential and commercial holdings in the Lehigh Valley and President and CEO of American Bank, Inc.
Mark founded Jaindl Properties with his son, Zachary, in 2011 and serves as the majority principal in The Waterfront development.
Zachary J. Jaindl
Zachary attended Lehigh University, where he studied Marketing and Real Estate. While working within the real estate program he took an interest in real estate redevelopment and reuse.
Following graduation Zachary worked with his father, Mark Jaindl, to begin operations of Jaindl Properties. The company later went on to invest and take an active development role in The Waterfront. Zachary also serves as co-founder and Director of Operations of Vault 634.
Beth began her professional career as an Administrative Assistant and Account Manager for Sales Systems, Limited in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She ran the day-to-day administrative aspects of the office while developing knowledge of bookkeeping. In 1988 she left the company to raise her family.
When Jaindl Properties was founded in 2011 Beth resumed the role of Office Manager, working to manage the company’s various accounts and oversee the administrative branch of the company’s headquarters.
Brooke A. Koelle
After taking a brief hiatus in 2013 to start a family, Brooke A. Koelle joined the Jaindl Properties team in August 2014 as the Executive Administrative Assistant, overseeing day-to-day operations of the office and managing the organizational aspects of the company in its entirety. After over a year of constantly demonstrating excellence in all aspects of her position and going beyond expectations, Mrs. Koelle was promoted in to the role of Administrative Director in October 2015. As Administrative Director of Jaindl Properties, Mrs. Koelle oversees all administrative aspects of not only Jaindl Properties, but SteelRock Property Management and Vault 634- two additional entities in the Jaindl Enterprises family of companies.
After graduating from Emmaus High School Brooke attended classes at Lehigh Carbon Community College, where she advanced her skills in customer service and business administration.
After spending 25 years in commercial and residential construction, Bryan was brought on in February 2015 as Property Manager of SteelRock Property Management- an additional entity in the Jaindl Enterprises family of companies. Bryan’s experience in construction, knowledge of finance, and propensity for quality enable him to effectively maintain Jaindl Properties signature projects.
In addition to maintenance of properties, Bryan is also responsible for aiding the restoration of new real estate acquisitions. He leverages his expertise in, and knowledge of work sites to facilitate a seamless reconstruction process. Bryan continues to build an outstanding reputation with his hard work, and understanding of the agility needed to adapt to the ever changing construction industry.
